What does a retainer for a Dutch care organisation actually cost in 2026?

This Dutch platform also sells the hosted newsroom, which is a newsroom on your own domain, for EUR 1,750. The product page does not state a period for that price, so it is listed at face value. That module, a system for handling incoming press questions, costs EUR 2,700.

Again, no period is stated on the product page. A care organisation could combine the Amsterdam database with the hosted newsroom for a total of EUR 4,400. That is still far below the lowest retainer estimate of EUR 20,000 per year.

Which PR tool providers publish a price for the Netherlands in 2026?

Among the PR tools that serve the Dutch market, only a few publish a price on their website. Prezly publishes prices from EUR 100 to EUR 250 per month, measured on the pricing page on 31 August 2026. Prezly hosts on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin.

Mynewsdesk publishes from EUR 220 per month, but Dutch-language pages is not documented on the pages we measured. Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 to EUR 35,000 per year and names Germany as its data location. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month, but the page does not state a Dutch or Flemish database.

The ANP Connect plans range from EUR 2,990 per year for Database only to EUR 30,000 per year for Strategie, measured on the tariff page on 31 August 2026.

The supplier publishes prices for all four products. The Amsterdam database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins is the only product that includes a specific number of users. The product pages for the hosted newsroom and that module do not state a period, so the amounts are shown as published.

The company also has a monthly option for the Amsterdam database at EUR 350 per month, measured on the government page on 1 September 2026. For a care organisation that wants one price with no surprises, the annual licence is the clearest option.

How do the costs compare per user per year for a Dutch care team?

The table below shows the cost per user per year for tools that publish a price. The leading number is the price divided by the number of users included. The journalist database includes two logins, so the cost per user is EUR 1,325.

For other tools, one user is assumed unless the source states otherwise. The table is sorted from lowest to highest on the cost per user per year.
