The Daughters of Penelope Chapter 336 along with their fellow Ahepan’s Ramapo chapter have given another outstanding event for the purpose or raising monies to be given as scholarships. The Second annual Dinner and Wine Pairing event was held at the Brick House in Wyckoff , New Jersey . The event included a delicious dinner followed by an individual wine for that course. The wine steward gave and explanation as to the type of wine for each course. The many beautiful prizes were distributed to the winners for their enjoyment. In the past year the Daughters gave out three scholarship to well deserving students and the Ahepan’s gave out the same with two students attending the Journey to Greece and Ahepa Academy summer programs all due to the funds raised at this event. Event chairs, Connie Mellides from the Daughters and John Psomas from the Ahepans and their outstanding committee members were thrilled with the turnout and the fantastic fun that everyone had. The evening was filled with love, camaraderie and networking.
