Eastern Christian Middle School is Finalist at Seton Hall Prep Academic Tournament

On Saturday November 21 in West Orange, the four members of the Academic Team of Eastern Christian Middle School [Wyckoff] made their way through six rounds of competition into the finals of Seton Hall Preparatory School’s 14th Annual Pirate Open Academic Tournament. Following a victory over Deerfield School in the semi-final, in a highly competitive final round match they fell to the champions, Warren Township Middle School.

In this annual tournament, 20 middle schools from all over northern New Jersey each sent teams of four boys (plus alternates) to test their academic skills in math, english, science, geography, history, current events and general knowledge.
