Last year, de Snoep Winkel Gift Shop and Tea Room at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff made a profit of $38,766 which was donated to the Christian Health Care Center Foundation to benefit the Center’s Good Samaritan Fund. This fund provides assistance to those of limited means who are seeing mental-health counseling through one of the Center’s programs. Pictured, from left, are Douglas A. The beauty parlor/barber shop at Heritage Manor Nursing Home at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff was recently renovated and employees were asked to submit names for the salon. The contest winner was Hawthorne resident MJ Paulison (left), Christian Health Care Adult Day Services of Wyckoff Activities Director/Assistant Administrator, pictured with Wayne resident Douglas A. Struyk, CPA, LNHA, CHCC President and CEO. Ms. Paulison’s submission, Heritage Hair Design, was chosen to be the new name of the salon.
